Hi, We have a 6 Story 2 Basement unit block at South Brisbane. There has been water leaking into the lift shaft, not just the base but from up above also. We have had roof repairs done as well as waterproofing of the base. However, water is still entering from somewhere up above the lift motors and we do not know if it is from plumbing or water ingress from rain.
